OOS has acquired a good part of the needed technical resources such as Concrete batch plants, Cranes, Loaders, transport means, camps, Electric generators, form works etc. And has invested in the recruitment & training of local craftsmen, supervisors and site teams together with the Design and procurement staff in main office and in affiliates.
